• You will be responsible for the commercial development and growth of the office through relationship management and networking.
• You analyse the needs and requirements of your customers and prospects with a view to building a long-term relationship.
• You will work closely with the file and claims managers to keep existing customer relationships as optimal as possible and, if necessary, broaden or deepen them.
• You will provide very diverse advice, ranging from non-life insurance to life insurance for both SMEs and individuals.
• You will work with the person in charge to develop and implement targeted commercial actions.

During the first months, they offer thorough "on the job training" so that you feel right at home.

Our client is an independent insurance broker based in the region. Their team of about 15 employees is ready to guide everyone through the vast and complex insurance matter. They always look for the best solution for each insurance file, both for individuals and the self-employed.

• You have at least a bachelor's degree.
• You preferably already have initial work experience within the insurance sector.
• You are looking for a challenging full-time commercial position.
• You are fluent, accurate, customer- and service-oriented, exude self-confidence and make contacts easily.
• You are proactive, positive and solution-oriented and have some commercial flair.
