Insurance file manager

This position is open to both junior and senior profiles. Your employability will depend on the experience you bring. In the initial phase, the focus will mainly be on the management of private insurance files. In time, there is certainly the possibility of advancement to the management of professional insurance, if this is your ambition.

As the central point of contact for clients, you are responsible for answering all their questions and providing advice where necessary. You will also be responsible for the administrative follow-up of files, where accuracy is very important.

• We are looking for someone with at least a bachelor's degree in a finance discipline, but more importantly, your passion and dedication to this role.
• Experience in the insurance sector is a plus, but don't worry if this is not on your CV - our client is also open to new talent!
• Moreover, you have administrative skills and know how to communicate with customers in a friendly manner.

Our client, a family-run independent insurance broker that is part of an umbrella insurance group, is based in Diest. It currently employs 7 people. Due to their growth, they are looking for a new employee to join their team.
