File manager private insurance

As an insurance file manager, you will work closely with your colleagues's to completely unburden the firm's private clients. You will be responsible for files from A to Z and ensure that everything is taken care of to perfection.

Your duties will include:

• Managing files from start to finish, including accurate administrative processing.
• Advising your own client portfolio, supporting them professionally and customer-focused through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls and emails.
• Provide administrative support to the Account Manager, e.g. by assisting in preparing quotations and other administrative tasks.
• Performing ad-hoc tasks and being able to move quickly, where flexibility is essential.
• You will be responsible for various aspects such as production, fire insurance and other aspects relevant to private clients. This makes for a varied and challenging position.

It is important to note that the claims department is handled separately and is not your responsibility.

This position requires you to have a Bachelor of Finance and Insurance or a Master's degree. Although some experience in the insurance sector is a plus, it is not strictly necessary. What really counts is your passion for insurance and your motivation to develop yourself further in this industry.

As a person, you are eager to learn and feel a strong sense of responsibility. You enjoy staying abreast of the latest developments in the insurance sector and you are willing to acquire additional knowledge if necessary. You work accurately and organised, and have an eye for detail. Moreover, you are a strong communicator and can work well with colleagues's.
