As an insurance file manager, you will work closely with your colleagues's to completely unburden the firm's private clients. You will be responsible for files from A to Z and ensure that everything is taken care of to perfection.

Your duties will include:

  • Managing files from start to finish, including accurate administrative processing.
  • Advising your own client portfolio, supporting them professionally and customer-focused through various channels, including face-to-face meetings, phone calls and emails.
  • Provide administrative support to the Account Manager, e.g. by assisting in preparing quotations and other administrative tasks.
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks and being able to move quickly, where flexibility is essential.
  • You will be responsible for various aspects such as production, fire insurance and other aspects relevant to private clients. This makes for a varied and challenging position.

Profile

This position requires you to have a Bachelor of Finance and Insurance or a Master's degree. Although some experience in the insurance sector is a plus, it is not strictly necessary. What really counts is your passion for insurance and your motivation to develop yourself further in this industry.
