Specifically, you will therefore be engaged within everything that falls under 'Employee Benefits'. This includes group and hospitalisation insurances.

In this story, you will support the account manager. However, you do more than just administrative tasks. You also interact with the insurers and customers yourself. At certain moments, you will also negotiate with the insurers to provide the best possible service to the customers. In addition to the administrative side, there is certainly a commercial side to this role.

When necessary, you accompany the account manager to the customer to use your knowledge to further explain the necessary issues.

To fill this role in Antwerp, we are looking for the following profile:

• You have experience within insurance. Specifically, you can call on your experience within hospitalisation or group insurance. Knowledge of both? Then this is definitely a plus of course.
• Ideally, you have already been able to build up experience with professional clients.
• You are someone with a commercial flair.
• Besides Dutch, you also speak a fair bit of French and English.
• You are someone who can work quite independently without too much guidance. Of course, you can count on being given directions within the software package and the like.
• You have a healthy interest in the insurance sector and a passion for your job.
