Corporate lawyer

As an in-house lawyer, you will handle a wide range of legal issues within the construction sector within this dynamic company in Geel. You will work closely with project managers and other support departments to ensure that projects run smoothly and comply with legislation. You will use your legal expertise to provide solutions to daily challenges and help develop and improve internal processes.

Among other tasks, you can expect the following:

• Drafting, reviewing and managing various contracts and legal documents.
• You will support in handling disputes and claims.
• Advising project leadership and management on legal issues and risks.
• You will ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations within the construction industry.
• Contribute to developing and improving internal legal processes and procedures.

We are looking for the person who can identify with the following:

• A Masters in Law.
• Initial work experience is a nice plus but certainly not a requirement.
• You possess excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Being proactive, accurate and able to work independently are right up your street.
• Good command of the Dutch language. French and English are a plus.
• Flexibility and you are willing to drive to other branches if needed.
