Corporate lawyer

As a corporate lawyer for this construction company in Mechelen, you will be responsible for providing legal support to various departments. Your duties will include the following:

• Drafting legal letters and agreements.
• Providing advice on legal issues in projects.
• Identify and mitigate contractual and legal risks's.
• Collaboration with the Legal & Insurance team and other departments.
• Handling disputes in cooperation with internal and external parties.
• Monitoring new legislation and legal developments.

You report to the Director Legal and work from the Mechelen office. When necessary, you are willing to travel to e.g. a specific site or other location.

We are looking for a lawyer with the following attributes:

• A master's degree in law.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in relevant legal fields.
• Good knowledge of Dutch, English and French.
• Flexibility and stress resistance.
• Excellent skills in MS Office.
• Team spirit and independence.
• Integrity and sense of quality.
