We are currently looking for an 'Insurance Advisor' for BNP Paribas Fortis in the Kapellen-Brasschaat region to join the team.

What can you expect within your duties as 'Insurance Advisor' within the Kapellen-Brasschaat region? We give you a first indication:

• You will be part of a dynamic team and, together with your colleagues and a team of experts, you will discuss the projects of the firm's private clients. In doing so, you respond to their specific needs regarding the protection of all those and everything close to their hearts.
• You will become the expert and commercial hub within the Insurance domain (BOAR and Life), and you will achieve team results together with your colleagues.
• You enjoy learning and continue to develop yourself.
• You profile yourself as a broker focused on quality service and customer satisfaction.
• You closely monitor your customer files to increase customer satisfaction.
• You advise customers as well and personally via video call as in the office.

• You have a higher education degree, or experience in the field of insurance. With knowledge of BOAR insurance aimed at individuals, you have an edge.
• You communicate smoothly.
• You enjoy making contacts and working as part of a team.
• You are a talent in detecting clients' protection needs, and proposing appropriate solutions.
• You work accurately, follow up on your files and thus fulfil your promises to customers.
• You are familiar with new technologies and digital tools.
• You are fluent in Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is a plus.
