As an Enterprise Insurance File Manager, you will be responsible for the professional management of insurance files of self-employed people and small businesses in various insurance sectors.

• In this role, based on the information you receive from your colleagues in sales, you will search for the most suitable insurance solutions for the customer and prepare tailor-made quotes.
• Your job will be to keep files administratively up to date and maintain full policy records independently and accurately.
• You will act as the main point of contact for existing clients and liaise with insurance companies for all aspects within BOAR.

To fill this role in Kapellen, we are looking for the person who recognises themselves in the following:

• You have a bachelor's degree in Finance and Insurance or equivalent through experience.
• Do you have knowledge of Brio? If so, this is definitely a plus but not a requirement.
• You can count on a backpack filled with about three years of experience within corporate insurance.
• You are passionate about helping customers and keen to be part of a close-knit team where you will work both independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented thinking are in your DNA.
• You are tin able to meet predetermined deadlines.
• You know how to express yourself professionally in Dutch; knowledge of other languages is always useful.
