Job description:

As a Commercial Insurance Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and ensure an excellent service experience. You will work in a dynamic office that focuses on advising customers on various banking and insurance products. You will help customers choose the right insurance and answer questions about policy conditions and coverages. Your duties will include:

• Answering customer queries via phone, e-mail or during a personal appointment in the office or on site.
• Advising customers on insurance products.
• Handle administrative tasks and maintain customer files.
• Contribute to a positive customer experience and customer satisfaction.

To be successful in the role of Commercial Insurance Officer, the following qualifications and skills are important:

• A bachelor's degree (preferably Finance & Insurance) or equivalent through experience.
• Experience in a commercial or customer service role (preferably in the insurance sector) is a big plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good command of the Dutch language.
• Customer-focused and service-oriented attitude.
• Experience in administrative tasks and accuracy in processing data.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.

Our client is a credit and insurance broker. They are currently looking for an insurance colleague to ensure their service to clients and the growth of the office.
