Claims Manager

As a Claims Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Independently handling and managing claims files
• Ensuring the correct interpretation of damage reports (assessment of coverage, culpability and correctness) and the correct, rapid and efficient settlement of damage;
• You carry out all related administrative tasks correctly and on time;
• Ensuring a professional and thorough communication in the claim files with clients, insurance companies, experts, lawyers, ...

Our client has been active in the insurance sector for 25 years now. With their specialisation in claims management, they offer a helping hand to both brokers and companies to correctly handle their claims files.

The team currently consists of 15 colleagues and due to the high growth of the company, they are currently looking for some new colleagues. Will you become one of them?

As a Claims Administrator BA, you are/have:

• Bachelor degree in Finance and Insurance or a Master's degree or equivalent through experience;
• Several years of industry experience;
• Knowledge/affinity with insurance;
• Administratively strong;
• Eager to learn and take initiative;
• Precise and accurate;
• Communicative and empathic;
• Customer-oriented;
• Collegial and flexible.
