Function

Some of your tasks:

  • You are responsible for the integral follow-up of the customer files entrusted to you.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and proactively ensure that your customer files remain in perfect order in terms of pricing and coverage.
  • You ensure a correct, smooth and accurate administrative processing of all your files (drafting policies, attachments, ...) both to the customer and in our management system BRIO.
  • You work closely with the commercial staff by preparing client visits, informing them in case of problems or possible opportunities. In addition, you also support them in the development of good and correct price offers to new customers/prospects.
  • You ensure sound professional communication/relationships with clients, insurers,...
  • You will also be in regular contact with customers in the office regarding all kinds of questions, such as vehicle registration,...

In short, you take care of the correct administrative processing of your files from A to Z (except damage).

Profile

  • You preferably have a Bachelor's degree.
  • Being in possession of your PCP certificate is a big plus.
  • Experience with Brio is a plus but certainly not a must.
  • You are administratively strong and know how to work punctually and accurately at all times.
  • You are fluent, accurate, customer- and service-oriented and have the right commercial approach.
  • You are positive and solution-oriented and enjoy working independently as well as in a team.
  • You are fluent in Word, Excel and Outlook.
