As a calculator/project coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• You will be responsible for preparing project quotes and be in direct contact with customers.
• You ensure that the necessary deadlines are set and followed up.
• You carry out proper project administration
• You will be responsible for post-calculation of the project when the project is finished.
• You will be responsible for the realisation of the sites within the predefined
• budget and time, and should be accountable for this.

Our client is a small SME specialising in high-quality water features across gangs of Belgium. You can contact them from design to maintenance.

As a calculator/project coordinator, you preferably meet the following qualities:

• You have a higher education (bachelor's or master's degree) in a construction field and several years of experience in a similar position
• Qualities such as being stress-resistant, communicative (both orally and in writing), independent, critical and problem-solving are right up your street
• You are an accurate worker and a go-getter.
• Quality and safe work are indispensable to you.
• You have a good knowledge of Excel.
• Proficiency in French is a must.
• Someone who wants to grow with us
• You are in possession of a driving licence B
