Calculator

- You will be responsible for preparing quotes and complete budgets for projects, with the support of the departmental manager.

- Your tasks include accurately calculating cost prices. For this, you collect quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.

- You perform in-depth analyses of project files and explore opportunities for optimisation and improvement.

- In collaboration with your colleagues's, you play a crucial role in winning projects. Do you have a winner's mentality and understand what it takes to win a project? Then you might be the person we are looking for!

What skills and attributes are important to successfully fulfil this role as a Calculator?

- Preferably you have a Master's degree in Construction Engineering, or you can present similar knowledge and experience.

- In addition, you have a thorough understanding of costing in the construction industry.

- As mentioned earlier, you fulfil an essential role in the process. We are therefore looking for a reliable person who, together with future colleagues's, always strives for an optimal result.

- Are you also a strong communicator? Both orally and in writing, it is important that you can convey accurate information, both internally and externally. In particular, this requires a good command of the Dutch language, but it is also a plus if you have a decent command of both French and English.

- You have a fluent familiarity with current information technologies and applications.
