- You are responsible for correctly calculating the expected cost price in tender dossiers or projects under construction.

- You thoroughly analyse tender dossiers on the basis of existing documents (plans, specifications, bills of quantities, execution conditions, etc.).

- You will make the necessary cost price estimates for own works based on returns and estimates of potential risks and difficulties.

- You will make the necessary price calls to subcontractors and suppliers for the files, subsequently reviewing, comparing and including them in the costing.

- You prepare a transfer of file calculated by you to execution.

- You provide the necessary support to projects in progress when calculating important additional or minor works

Our client is an ambitious class 6 construction team specialising in new builds, renovations and interiors.

They guarantee large and small assignments, from private interior work and new construction to total projects for B2B. This construction team also takes on complex construction and renovation work in places that are difficult to reach, as well as complicated energy renovations.

- You have at least a bachelor's degree in construction with preferably a first relevant work experience as a calculator in buildings from structural to finishing. Or you are equivalent by experience, e.g. as a project manager, as an architect,...

- Experience working in the public sector is a plus.

- You are decisive, driven, flexible, results-oriented and perceptive with an eye for detail.

- You are very well versed in figures and have the necessary cost insight.

- You have good verbal communication skills and negotiation skills.

- You operate with the necessary drive and stress-resistance, meeting deadlines without losing sight of the result poses no problem.
