As a Calculator, you will play a vital role in the team by preparing cost estimates and budgets for various construction and renovation projects:

- Analysing project requirements, studying plans and specifications

- Performing detailed cost calculations

- Working with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to prepare realistic quotations

- Participating in tender procedures and negotiating prices

- Taking quality, safety and sustainability into account in calculations

- Tracking market trends and identifying savings opportunities

- You are an Engineer/Bachelor of Construction with several years of relevant experience in earthworks, road construction, concrete repairs or similar experience

- Experience with public procurement is a plus

- Mathematical and analytical skills are essential for this position

- You are stress-resistant and accurate in your work

- You attach great importance to quality and safety

- Good knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook

- Willingness to quickly become familiar with company-specific software applications
