One with a lot of enthusiasm to work on the ambitious project in Tessenderlo. Since 2016, this company has been providing construction projects with precast concrete elements such as window frames, terraces and stairs. As a calculator, you are responsible for the correct calculation of concrete projects. You are responsible for calculating the cost of materials, the planned working hours and the site organisation costs. To prepare the calculation, you collect the necessary data for the project, such as the plans, specifications and specifications. You interpret the data and request additional technical information if necessary. You do this according to the established standards and requirements.

• You have a bachelor's degree in a construction field or equivalent through experience
• You are numerically strong: you can make construction cost calculations yourself. We come to you for the numbers!
• You have an eye for detail, you work accurately and your analytical skills are unsurpassed.
• Good knowledge of the Dutch language.
