CAD Officer

My client has the following things to offer:

• You work 40 hours/week.
• Paid catch-up rest days and 10 days off at will.
• Correct salary according to experience.
• 3 weeks construction leave in July and August, 1 week between Christmas and New Year.

For this vacancy as a Cad Employee in the Bruges region, your duties will be as follows:

• Your assignment will be to work out infrastructure assignments in Autocad.
• You will work in a team with the engineers, landscape architects, architects, urban planners and surveyors.
• With a few pointers, you turn the ideas of the engineers, architects and landscape architects, urban planners into plans that meet all applicable standards and that the implementers can work with.
• You will help think about the plans, make suggestions and be the right hand of the project leader. You help ensure the quality and feasibility of the plans.
• You finalise quotations in InDesign.
• You will create 3D simulations of the projects.

Our client is a family office active in infrastructure works, allotment, hydraulic engineering and landscape works. You can also contact them for urban development and architecture projects in both the public and private sectors.

Today, they have a specialised team ready to tackle any project on a daily basis. Due to growth, they are looking for additional employees. The office is easily accessible and parking is provided.

For this vacancy as CAD assistant (Ir.) region Bruges, I am looking for the following profile:

• You will work with Autocad version 15 to 21.
• You feel responsible and can work out plans accurately down to the smallest detail.
• You have mastered InDesign and Sketch Up.
• You are creative, think solution-oriented and can communicate well.
