As Financial & Business Controller within this organisation in Antwerp, your duties will include the following:

• You are responsible for timely and detailed financial and operational reporting to the holding company management. In doing so, you use specific reporting software.
• You are jointly responsible for the company's financial reporting and financial policies.
• You oversee the operational and financial KPIs and make timely adjustments where necessary.
• You will analyse differences between actuals and budget figures, deviations will be reported and discussed.
• Together with the other controllers, you will work on the further optimisation of the internal processes and internal controls in function of the strong growth.
• You look for synergies they can create with other branches within the group.
• You are responsible for optimising working capital (receivables, inventory and payables).
• You will be responsible for coordinating the annual budget process and providing forecasts.
• You will co-develop dashboards.
• You will work in consultation with the CFO and liaise with banks, auditors and governments.
