For this position as assistant project leader in the Bruges region, your job description will be as follows:

• You support the project leaders with the construction administration of the current projects.
• As an assistant project leader, you draw up measurement sheets.
• You will optimise the construction plans and work out the implementation details.
• As an assistant project manager, you will have the opportunity to go to the site from time to time (80% desk, 20% on site).

Our client located in Bruges is active in the construction of turnkey projects, both new builds and renovations. This small company that only coordinates projects focuses on a personal approach based on experience and trust. The projects are located in the region of Kust and West Flanders. What profile am I looking for in this vacancy as assistant project leader in the Bruges region?

You have a Bachelor of Architecture, Bachelor of Applied Architecture, HBO5 architectural draftsman, Master of Architecture or similar experience.

Preferably you have 3 years of experience in the construction industry or in a position as draughtsman/assistant project leader.

As an assistant project manager, you have an organisational and punctual attitude.

As an assistant project leader, you have the ambition to grow into a fully-fledged project leader.

You like to be in contact with customers and contractors.

Knowledge of Autocad is a must.

Knowledge of Revit is an advantage.
