Architectural Draughtsman

Apart from the fact that you will be working in perhaps the best architectural office in Aalst, the following are also a bonus:

As an architectural draughtsman, in addition to drawing construction projects, you will also be responsible for the following tasks:

• preparing the building permit application,
• drawing up measurement records and specifications,
• Preparation of tender documents,
• ...

You will work on certain projects as a team.

For the position of architectural draughtsman, you will be working in an architectural office where you will immediately feel welcome by the two cheerful partners and the colleagues. 

The architectural office has been in existence for 30 years and has 11 employees, 4 architectural draftsmen and 7 architects.

Everyone works together from the office in Aalst. Eating chips together, drinking a beer, laughing and having fun make for a very pleasant atmosphere at the office.

There is certainly no lack of variety: schools, retirement homes, flats, practice rooms, private homes,... Both new buildings and renovations can be dealt with.

Preferably you have a bachelor's degree in construction engineering, architectural draftsman or architect.

Drawing will be done with Revit, if you have no knowledge of this, a training can be provided.

You can think logically and problem-solutely, together with the team you will help and think about how problems can be solved.
