- Bachelor's degree (preferably Finance and Insurance) or equivalent through experience
- Relevant work experience within the banking and insurance sector is a big plus
- Good command of Dutch
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Good communication and social skills
