Accounting clerk / 24-hour or 4/5 employment

As an Accounting Clerk, you will have the following duties:

• Processing purchase invoices;
• Entry of bank statements;
• Preparation of credit notes's;
• Preparation of payments;
• Payroll administration;
• Possibly prepare monthly closures.

Our client is a ready-to-wear company with more than 40 years of experience in interior window decoration.

To replace a temporary consultant, they are currently looking for a colleague for team Finance.

As an Accounting Clerk, you are/have:

• Training in accounting or equivalent through experience;
• A team player with an open mindset, critical thinking skills, and a communicative attitude;
• Helpful and sociable;
• Knowledge of the French language is important for interacting with our Walloon customers, where you must also be able to answer and transfer phone calls;
• Experience with the ERP system Navision Dynamics 2016 is a plus.
