Bookkeeper A-Z

We are looking for a Bookkeeper A-Z who can help set out the lines for the future and further shape the company financially and administratively. Curious as to what you can expect within your duties? Then be sure to read on!

In this versatile role, you will be responsible for the following:

• The full accounting process from A to Z: You enter invoices, follow up payments, prepare closures and VAT returns,... The effective returns and closures are currently done by an external office. Do you have the knowledge or ambition to do this yourself? Then this could definitely be an option.
• Payroll: You will perform a number of payroll tasks such as monitoring hours worked and transmitting hours to the social secretariat.
• Administration: You support in all kinds of administrative tasks. You can definitely find the necessary challenge in this too.
• Process optimisation: You help think about processes that can be automated or centralised.

To fill the role of Bookkeeper A-Z in Rumst, we are looking for someone who recognises themselves in the following:

• You obtained a bachelor's or master's degree in an accounting or economics field.
• You can look back on a great experience in a similar role.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to think about process optimisation.
• Good administrative skills and an eye for detail.
• You want to make a long-term commitment.
• Knowledge of French and English are a plus, but not a requirement. Dutch you do speak at a professional level.
