Do you find it rewarding to handle a claims case properly, and do you believe it’s important that customers receive genuine support at such times? If so, this role as an insurance claims manager might be just the thing for you. You’ll handle claims from start to finish, and in doing so, you’ll be much more than just someone who deals with the paperwork. When a claim is made, we deliberately opt for a personal approach: we meet customers face-to-face as much as possible, and if necessary, you’ll visit the site yourself to assess the damage. You’ll be joining a young and close-knit team where trust is key. Are you interested in other areas of insurance? There’s certainly scope for that. You’ll have the freedom to help shape your role, depending on your interests and experience.
