Financial advisor

Job description

As a Financial Advisor, you play a crucial role in maintaining a professional relationship with our clients and prospects. You act as the point of contact for a variety of financial queries and ensure that all enquiries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Address customers and prospects professionally, both by phone and e-mail.
• Handle requests received through the website and other future channels.
• Optimise sales opportunities with customers to exceed departmental targets.
• Maximise the success rate through good knowledge of the department's standards and processes.
• Actively follow up on pending files.
• Contribute to projects to improve existing processes by bringing creative ideas.
• Defend files, comply with procedures and identify technical problems.

Job requirements

For this position, we are looking for someone with the following skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g. finance, economics, business management).
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Customer focus and professional attitude.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Be able to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages.
