As a Tender Engineer, you will be responsible for analysing tender requests and specifications, as well as independently preparing cost price calculations and quotations for maintenance contracts. You will make calculations for multi-technical installations based on specifications, a site visit or your own design/study, where the complexity varies.

You ensure that budgets are complete and correct, and that tender files and tenders are submitted in a timely and complete manner. In addition, as a technical expert, you participate in meetings with clients to discuss and submit tenders. Your technical expertise in electrical installations, together with your experience in organising and managing a technical team, enables you to propose alternative solutions within the files.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analysing requests for offers and specifications.
• Independently prepare cost calculations and quotations.
• Preparation of budgets for multi-technical installations.
• Ensure complete and correct enrollment files.
• Participating in customer meetings as a technical expert.
• Proposing alternative solutions within tenders.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5-10 years' experience as a Tender Engineer or in a similar role.
• Bachelor/master working and thinking level, preferably in electrical engineering or a related field.
• Extensive knowledge of multi-technical installations.
• Experience with costing and quotation preparation.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Technical expertise in electrical installations.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
• Experience in managing a technical team.
• Proactive and solution-oriented attitude.
