Function

As an Insurance Clerk, you are responsible for the administrative support of the Account Manager (business manager), with a focus on corporate insurance. You ensure that the Account Manager can function optimally by guaranteeing smooth administrative follow-up. In addition, you are the first point of contact for customers via telephone and e-mail, where you speak to and help them professionally. For more complex questions, you work closely with the account manager, who takes over.


Duties and responsibilities:


  • Administrative support to the Account Manager in the field of business insurance.
  • Handling incoming phone calls and emails from customers.
