Function

As an administrative assistant, you will support the commercial staff in their daily tasks.


Some of your tasks:


  • Administrative support to the commercial team.
  • Processing customer files and preparing quotations.
  • Advise customers on insurance products by phone or e-mail.
  • Proactive follow-up of ongoing insurance files.
  • Ensure structured and orderly administration.


Profile

  • At least a bachelor's degree or relevant experience within the insurance industry.
