Work Planner

Job description:

As a Work Planner, you will be responsible for the preparation and follow-up of various construction projects. You will work closely with the purchasing and project management departments to prepare technical sheets and submit them to the client. You will also produce simple drawings in Autocad to visualise technical proposals, and assist in compiling as-built files. Further duties include performing price requests and price comparisons, and liaising with builders, subcontractors and suppliers.

Profile:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in structural engineering.
• You have a solution-oriented approach.
• Customer-friendliness is a high priority for you.
• You have a critical and flexible attitude.
• You can empathise well with the client's requirements and translate them into appropriate solutions.
• You work accurately and can perform well under pressure without losing quality.
• You express yourself fluently in Dutch and can make yourself understood in French.
• Program's like Autocad can be fully learned.

To offer a good work-life balance, flexible working hours are provided; starting between 7.30am and 8.30am. Depending on the length of your lunch break (half an hour to an hour and a half), you can stop as early as 16:00.

Besides your statutory leave days, you get 12 additional leave days every year, bringing the total to 32 leave days. The company also closes collectively during construction leave.
