Work Planner

As a work planner, you will be responsible for preparing and supporting projects. You will work closely with the project leaders to ensure that all aspects of the project are well organised. Your duties include:

• Preparation of requisition statements.
• Placing and tracking orders.
• Manage legal and security documents.
• Maintain site records.
• Collaborating with engineering firms and building owners.
• Close cooperation with project leaders.
• If interested, procurement files can also be added to the remit.

As a work planner, you will largely meet the following requirements:

• Preferably, you will have a degree in industrial engineering construction, bachelor of construction engineering or related.
• You are technically strong and preferably have previous experience in the construction industry.
• You enjoy working and communicating with different teams.
• Your work is structured and precise.
• You speak and write very good Dutch. Knowledge of English and/or French may be a plus.

Our client is a family-run SME with around 70 employees, specialising in sewerage and road works. They are a class 7 company and mainly carry out public contracts. Their projects are mainly located in East Flanders. They are known for their expertise in sewerage works.
