Vacancy: Experienced (ir) Architect

For one of our clients, we are looking for a talented (ir) architect with experience to join the team. You will have full responsibility for the process, from design and planning to execution of architectural projects. If you have a passion for increasing the architectural value of projects, we are looking for you!

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creation of detailed architectural designs and visualisations
• Preparation and submission of building applications
• Maintaining client relationships and acting as the agency's representative

Your Profile:

• Possession of a master's degree in architecture or engineering architecture and registered with the Architectural Association
• Several years of working experience as an architect
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, both oral and written
• An inquisitive attitude and an eye for detail
• Living within a 30-minute radius of the office
• Good command of REVIT
• Preference for working on location
