Maintenance Planner

As Planner-Coordinator, you are the liaison between the maintenance teams and the production departments. You ensure that both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities - preventive and curative - are efficiently planned and monitored. In addition, you coordinate cooperation with external firms and ensure that everything goes according to plan. You report directly to the Maintenance Manager and lead daily planning meetings.

Your responsibilities:

• Planning and coordination: Preparation of both daily planning and detailed 6-week planning, taking into account staff capacity, production downtime and available materials.
• Daily coordination: In consultation with various departments, you ensure the smooth execution of planned works and discuss any adjustments.
• Shutdown and pit stops: You plan and organise monthly shutdowns, reduction days, pit stops and Turnarounds (TA). On larger projects, you support the TA coordinator.
• KPI analysis: You monitor weekly updates and reviews of the planning KPI's and make suggestions for improvement and efficiency.
• External partners: You liaise closely with external firm's to schedule maintenance work smoothly.
• Process improvement: You propose improvements in preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Administration: You will ensure accurate administration around work planning.

Who are you?

• You have a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years' experience in maintenance planning.
• Experience with MRP and SAP (planning module) is a plus.
• You are strong in organisation, easily maintain an overview and prioritise where necessary.
• You are a real team player, but also work well independently.
• Communicative, assertive and flexible.
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English, both written and oral.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word) and SAP.
