Production manager

For our client, we are looking for an experienced and driven Production Manager. In this position, you are responsible for the entire production process, from planning to execution and control. You ensure that everything runs smoothly and make adjustments where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creating and managing production schedules using ERP systems and planning software. Sound IT knowledge is essential.
• Ensuring quality controls and reacting quickly to any deviations. You bear ultimate responsibility.
• Hands-on addressing technical and operational issues and working directly with suppliers and other stakeholders.
• Leading a diverse team and ensuring a fair distribution of tasks. A strong human factor plays an important role here.
• Maintain relationships with various stakeholders to optimise project implementation.
• Be able to respond quickly and appropriately to technical queries from the team and stakeholders.

• Experience in production environments.
• Experience in the concrete industry is a plus but definitely not a must.
• Strong knowledge of ERP and planning software is crucial.
• Process-oriented thinking and able to apply systems thinking in practice.
• Hands-on mentality and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication skills in Dutch; knowledge of English and French is a plus, with knowledge of Polish, Arabic or Turkish as an added advantage.
• Leadership skills: Ability to lead a team fairly and responsibly.
