Project manager

As a project manager, you will be responsible for all installation projects. You will lead the installation of automatic doors, hermetic doors, fire doors, electric locking, ... in renovation or new construction projects.

To this end, you work in tandem with site managers and technicians; you help oversee the operational part but are mainly concerned with the organisational part.

Project management is really central to this role, as you will be the bridge between different teams within the company: customer success and operations.

What are your main duties?

• You manage your projects from A ot Z
• You will dissect the technical specifications of requests for offers, both through tenders and through existing customers
• You take care of price calculation and prepare quotations
• Purchases materials
• Conducts site visits
• You coordinate all work on- and off-site with support from a site manager
• You participate in planning meetings and ensure short- and long-term vision
• ...

For the position of Project Manager, we are looking for a driven professional who already has a first experience in leading projects and does not shy away from taking the bull by the horns.

• You have experience in a relevant sector: electronic doors/locking systems, construction sector, building technology, ...
• You have a commercial edge/know how to spot opportunities and act on them
• You stay on top of stress and don't get upset easily
• Organising and coordinating are not foreign concepts
• You are proficient in Dutch, and speak French at a decent level (projects may also be in Brussels or Wallonia)
