Packaging development project manager

- Project management for new development projects

- Development and design of packaging concepts

- Technical and creative point of contact for our international customers

- Search for new packaging options in folding carton, taking into account operational processes, raw materials and market needs or trends.

- Trend monitoring, market research and informing the entire organisation about new packaging trends and needs

- Introduction of innovative technologies, processes and materials

- Technical and creative support on material issues (board, printing inks, coatings, barrier,....)

- Supervision of industrial trials, both internal and external

 Training: printing technology / packaging engineer / product development / ...

- You have experience in the printing and packaging industry

- You have knowledge of materials (cardboard, paper, inks, varnishes, glues, etc.), printing techniques and finishing options.

- Soft skills: presentation skills, analytical mind, 3D thinking, customer-centric mindset,.

- You work pragmatically with a solution-oriented attitude.

- Working as a team within a dynamic & creative team is not foreign to you.

- You are a dedicated, creative mind who likes to be challenged in searching for answers i.e. packaging concepts.

- You can express yourself fluently in English, other languages are a plus.
