Maintenance Supervisor

As maintenance supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a technical team and ensuring the maintenance and optimisation of our technical infrastructure. You will coordinate the work of the maintenance staff and work together with a team of specialists on various technical challenges.

• Leading a technical team consisting of various functions.
• Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance: preventive, curative and improvements.
• Minimise machine downtime by being analytical and proactive.
• Administrative preparation and follow-up on the shop floor.
• Create and maintain a safe working environment.

For the position of maintenance supervisor, we are looking for someone with the following qualifications for our client:

• Bachelor or secondary degree in a technical field.
• 0-3 years of relevant work experience in a mechanical environment.
• Hands-on mentality and workplace presence.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Flexibility in working hours and willingness to run technical permanence.
• Knowledge of French language and software packages.
• Interest in recycling and renewable energy.
