Plant manager

As Plant Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Providing strategic operational oversight of all production and business processes.
• monitoring quality, safety, operational effictiveness and financial performance.
• ensuring compliance with standards and objectives regarding food, safety & environment.
• internal and external operational & regulatory procedures.
• establishing and implementing operational priorities.
• leading tactical and strategic operations.
• Leading and coaching a team and multiple sites. 
• Managing timing & budget.
• supervising quality controls, safety, production reliability, factory infromation production systems.

As a plant manager, you will preferably have:

• A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of Dutch, French and English.
• Knowledge of Lean.
• Knowledge of continuous improvement tools.
• Experience within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in managing operators & team leader.
• A hands-on metnality and enjoy taking initiative. 

This company specialises in cake decorations made of chocolate, sugar, marzipan and plastic. They are located in the Mouscron area and employ around 60 people.
