E&I Engineer

For this dynamic company, we are looking for an E&I engineer to take on the following tasks:

• Design of complete electrical installations for water treatment
• Assisting where necessary for start-up of electrical installations; connecting instrumentation, adjusting cabling in electrical cabinets, carrying out extensions in electrical boards,...
• Follow up I/O check and adjust where necessary
• Adjust electrical schematics if necessary for as built
• Calculating cable calculations with Caneco (currently we still do this externally)
• Provide support to electricians and field engineers in case of questions or problems

• As an E&I engineer, you will meet the following profile:
• You are eager to learn, sociable, well-organised
• You enjoy working independently as well as in a team
• You are able to go on site to solve an electrical problem or provide support to persons on site
• You work accurately and think in a solution-oriented way
• You have an electrical education and already have experience in designing electrical cabinets; both the control and the strong-current part of them
• You have your experience in using EPLAN P8, experience in EPLAN Pro Panel is a plus.
• Being familiar with PLC, frequency controls, process instrumentation and analyzers is a big plus
• You have notion of industrial networks; industrial Ethernet, Profinet and modbus TCP/IP
• Knowledge of languages: Dutch, English and basic French
• Good knowledge of plan reading
