Team leader Technical Service

As Teamleader technical service, you will be responsible for the following range of tasks:

• Managing, supervising and monitoring your technical team. You will also ensure clear communication with the work planners, engineers and relevant departments.
• Set up and implement efficient maintenance systems.
• Coordinate repairs and maintenance work and assist with ongoing projects and urgent breakdowns.
• Managing, checking and awarding work requests. You will also help follow up the works carried out.
• Weekly planning, taking into account staffing levels and leave.
• Report to the maintenance manager on your team's performance and operational issues.
• Conducting evaluation and performance reviews of your technicians and ensuring that the atmosphere in your team is optimal.
• Ensuring compliance with general, safety, environmental and BRC regulations. Reporting dangerous situations and accidents or near accidents, participating in toolboxes and safety training.

As a Team Leader technical service, you will largely meet the following requirements:

• You preferably have a technical bachelor's or master's degree such as within electromechanics or are equivalent through experience.
• You are strong in electromechanical systems and maintenance techniques.
• You can interpret technical drawings.
• You preferably have at least initial experience in an industrial environment and are ready for the next step.
• You have a very good knowledge of Dutch and a good basic knowledge of English.
• You are stress-resistant and can prioritise in a rapidly changing environment
• You attach great importance to safety and hygiene.
• You have excellent communication skills to work effectively with internal teams.
• You have experience with MS Office.
