Relationship manager part-time

As a part-time relationship manager in this office in the Hulshout region, you will actively manage the office's agenda and provide support on claims. Your responsibilities will include the following tasks:

• You actively call clients and leads to fill the colleague's calendars with quality appointments.
• You will actively engage with call lists and help think about potential opportunities for the office.
• You provide warm telephone contact with customers so that the first experience is already positive.
• You will provide claims management support.

For this position in this close-knit office in the Hulshout region, we are looking for someone who recognises the following:

• You are a real pro at telephoning.
• With your persuasive voice, you know how to motivate people to drop by the office for their banking or insurance business.
• You enjoy working hands-on and taking initiative in your role.
• Independence and ownership are considered a plus.
• We obviously provide training first. It is therefore important that you are eager to learn, as there will be a lot of training in the beginning.
• Your command of Dutch is excellent.
• You have strong communication skills and like to work proactively.
