Car insurance advisor

As a Customer Advisor Car Insurance, your goal is to provide optimal service to your customers and act as an intermediary between the customer and the account manager. Furthermore, you will help to develop the needs of new and existing customers into concrete insurance solutions.

Specifically, you will perform the following tasks:

• Analysing existing guarantees and comparing them with competitive products
• Elaborating client commercial packages, including negotiating with insurers
• Administrative processing of assigned files

As an auto insurance advisor, you have the following profile:

• You are described as a team player, loyal and communicative
• You have a first relevant experience within and affinity with the insurance sector
• You are willing to work from Monday to Friday in a flexible schedule
