Project Manager

• You are responsible for the complete project management of the construction sites in terms of budgeting, organisation and execution of the project in order to guarantee top quality and deliver an optimal result.
• You closely monitor all construction activities. You also provide technical support to ensure smooth and correct execution.
• During meetings with contractors and architects, you can make decisions so that the right direction is taken further to meet quality, safety and pre-set deadlines.
• You will be assisted by an administrative assistant who will take part in the preparatory phase to lay a good foundation for further implementation. You will remain the permanent contact person for your sites and clients.

• You hold a degree and can bring several years of experience in a similar position.
• Besides your technical talents, you have an interest in coaching and communication.
• You can work in a structured way and think in a problem-solving way.
• You have a valid driving licence to travel to the various sites.
• You can express yourself well in both Dutch and French (written and oral).
• You can set priorities like no other and you switch between the various tasks with ease. As a new member of the project leader team, you are enterprising, punctual, communicative and, above all, very well organised.
• MS Office holds no secrets for you and you can adapt to work in a new programme.
