Work Planner
Function
As a Work Planner, you combine technical planning with customer contact and administrative follow-up. You ensure that every project is planned down to the last detail.
- You will compile client information, photographs, plans and technical data into a clear and comprehensive site dossier.
- You will assess the technical feasibility of projects, including solar panels, inverters, home batteries and charging points.
- You identify potential site risks in advance, such as narrow passageways, parking restrictions, access for aerial work platforms or cranes, and the necessary signage.
- You draw up clear site instructions and ensure that technicians have the correct information and materials.
- If anything is unclear, you should consult with the project management team, the sales team and clients.
- You will support the project management team in the day-to-day management of planned projects and ensure that bookings and administrative matters are dealt with in a timely manner.
- You will handle incoming requests for quotations and gather the necessary technical information.
- You will draw up quotations for solar panels, charging points, home batteries and energy management systems.
- You will liaise with customers and prospective clients by telephone and email, and answer their technical queries.
- You will be involved in projects for private individuals, businesses and public sector organisations within a company that has been active in the renewable energy sector for over 15 years.
Profile
You combine technical insight with a practical and customer-focused approach. You work meticulously, take the initiative and enjoy researching matters thoroughly in advance.
- You have a technical qualification at secondary level or equivalent practical experience.
- A bachelor’s degree in a technical subject is an advantage, but not a requirement.
- Experience in technical implementation, site preparation, installation work or the construction sector would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of electricity, solar panels, charging points, home batteries or energy management is an asset.
- You have a strong technical understanding and are quick to spot details and potential problems.
- You communicate easily with customers, technicians, the sales team and project management.
- You have a commercial and solution-oriented mindset and are not afraid to make contact by telephone yourself.
- You are able to set your own priorities and work in a precise and organised manner.
- You’re confident using digital tools; experience with Bouwsoft, ERP systems or AutoCAD would be an advantage.
