What does a site manager do?

• You will coordinate the daily work on site and ensure efficient work distribution;
• You manage both in-house employees and subcontractors;
• You will monitor the planning, safety, quality and progress of the project;
• You order the necessary materials in good time and keep a close eye on the budget;
• You will work closely with the project leader to successfully complete each project;
• You also roll up your own sleeves where necessary - a real doer.

Profile

Profile of a strong site manager

• You have a bachelor's degree in structural engineering or equivalent experience;
• You preferably have several years' experience in a similar position (site manager, construction coordinator, foreman...);
• You have strong technical and spatial insight and can plan well;
• You work independently, structured and with an eye for detail;
• You have a valid driving licence B and are flexible in terms of travel.
