Function

What do your working days look like?

• You will be the point of contact on site, where you will ensure the smooth coordination and follow-up of finishing works in both houses and flats.
• You liaise closely with subcontractors, supervise tradesmen and ensure everything runs smoothly until completion.
• Together with the team - interior designer, kitchen specialist and technical engineer - you will help think about the best solutions for the customer.
• You go on site regularly, keeping an overview and making adjustments where necessary.
• Administration and planning follow your way - flexibility trumps!

Profile

Who are you?

• You know your way around and have a passion for all things construction, finishing or interior.
• Experience as a site manager is great, but motivation, common sense and enthusiasm are equally important.
• You communicate fluently, know how to manage people and work well with colleagues, subcontractors and customers.
• Working independently does not put you off, just like taking initiative where you make a difference.
• You learn quickly and can read plans in SketchUp.
• You are fluent in Dutch but can also work your way out of French.
• You feel at home in a flat organisation without hierarchy, where you consult directly with the associates.
