Insurance advisor

Function

As an Insurance Adviser, you are the point of contact for clients with questions about claims, policies and optimisations of their insurance package. You work autonomously whilst also collaborating closely with your colleagues and the insurance agent.

What exactly are you doing?

• You will help customers with questions about their current or new insurance policies.
• You will prepare quotes and policies and take care of the corresponding administration.
• You will analyse the client's portfolio and detect new opportunities.
• You manage claims files from A to Z and negotiate with experts and the company where necessary.
• You build a relationship of trust with your customers, think proactively and ensure correct follow-up.

In short, you'll have the opportunity to work in a very all-round capacity within this insurance agency!

Profile

Ideally, you recognise yourself in the following characteristics:

• You hold a degree in a financial field, or equivalent through experience.
• You are commercially minded without being pushy.
• Being customer-focused is in your nature.
• You have good administrative acumen and work accurately.
• You are communicatively strong, take initiative and have a positive, flexible attitude.
• An interest in or experience with claims handling? Definitely a plus.
