Representative exterior joinery
Function
How do you turn a first conversation into a successful collaboration?
- As a Representative for exterior joinery, you are the first point of contact for prospects and customers in Brussels and Wallonia. From Grimbergen, you guide them towards a solution that suits their home, expectations and budget.
- You visit customers on site, carefully map out their wishes and provide clear technical-commercial advice on exterior joinery.
- You carry out the commercial measurements yourself. You gather the right information so that the estimating department can draw up a correct, tailor-made quotation.
- In the showroom, you present the quotation in person, answer questions and make the advantages and possibilities of the proposed solution concrete.
- Following up an initial consultation through to the customer's decision is an important part of your role. This is how you build trust and increase the chance of lasting customer relationships.
- You regularly align with colleagues who are responsible for calculation, production and installation. By passing on information clearly, you help every file move forward smoothly.
- You represent an organisation that has been active for over 45 years in the advice, production and installation of exterior joinery. In this family-oriented working environment, customers, collaboration and personal service are central.
Profile
Do you communicate fluently in Dutch and French? And do you approach customers and prospects with confidence?
- A first commercial experience, for example in sales, customer advice or a technical-commercial environment, helps you make an impact quickly. Even with limited experience, you will have room to get to know the sector and products further.
- You communicate fluently in Dutch and French, enabling you to advise customers in Brussels and Wallonia professionally and to answer their questions clearly.
- You listen attentively, ask targeted questions and translate customer needs into a concrete proposal. This customer-focused approach is essential for building trust.
- Commercial flair, polished communication and the drive to achieve results give you energy in conversations with prospects and customers. You work independently, but also actively seek alignment with colleagues.
- You hold a category B driving licence and have an interest in exterior joinery or technical solutions. Technical insight is an advantage, but not a requirement; motivation to keep learning is.
