Transport planner

Function

For the job of transport planner, you will be responsible for the following:

• Together with your colleagues, you will be responsible for 45 trucks;
• You will prepare the planning for France and Benelux;
• You have contact with customers and drivers;
• You request transports and schedule appointments with customers;
• In case of problems, arrange a depannage:
• You ensure the right temperature, review loading lists and request delivery notes;
• You follow up on claims.

Profile

For the job of transport planner, you recognise yourself in the following:

• You can communicate in Dutch, French and English;
• You think commercially and in solutions to problems;
• You have a flexible attitude;
• You are stress-resistant and can move quickly.

Organisation

Our client located in Zulte is a logistics company specialised in refrigerated transport. They are responsible for the transport of frozen and refrigerated food products for their customers within the Benelux and Northern France up to the Paris region. Besides transport, they also have two branches with frozen storage and, on the other hand, dry, fresh and frozen storage.
