Technical Support & Monitoring Specialist

Function

You track performance via various monitoring platforms and detect anomalies, failures or communication problems. As a technical expert, you analyse these signals and ensure a quick and efficient solution, working closely with technicians and internal teams.

In addition, you play an important role in the configuration and optimisation of monitoring and communication systems. You support the start-up of new installations and ensure their correct integration into existing systems.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (electrical, IT, automation, energy) or equivalent through experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Interest in technical installations and energy systems
• Knowledge of networks and communications (IP, VPN, routers, remote access)
• Accurate and quality-oriented
• Communicatively strong and team-oriented
• Independent and flexible in managing priorities
• Driving Licence B
