Technical Draughtsman Made-to-measure Cabinets

Function

As a Technical Draughtsman at our client, a leading Belgian manufacturer of bespoke cabinets and built-in solutions, you will be responsible for various tasks:

• Design and development of customised technical drawings.
• Working on various B2B projects, mainly for professional vendors and placers.
• Provide technical support to customers by answering questions or solving technical problems.
• Project-based contributions from the Ninove office.

With your organisational talent and eye for detail, you will contribute to the punctuality and quality for which the company has been known for more than 30 years.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and skills:

• A background in interior design, woodworking or other technically relevant field.
• Communication strong and you do not shy away from speaking to customers on the phone.
• Affinity with technical drawing programmes and a good foundation in technical drawing skills.
• 0-3 years' experience, school leavers welcome provided strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.
• A proactive, extroverted attitude and the ability to deal with deadlines.

You will join a stable Belgian manufacturer of custom-made solutions in cabinets and interiors. For more than three decades, they have been working on a project basis for professional sellers and installers.

The team is close-knit, has about 20 colleagues and combines craftsmanship with a healthy dose of humour. Everyone is given room to grow professionally and to be themselves.

Offer

With this position, you can count on an attractive benefits package, including:

• An immediate permanent contract of indefinite duration.
• A fixed schedule of 40 hours per week resulting in 12 ADV days.
• A gross monthly salary of around €3000, depending on the experience you can bring to the table.
• A fixed leave period (construction leave): 4 consecutive weeks of summer holidays and 2 weeks during the Christmas period.
• Five days of freely selectable leave remain.
• An opportunity to hone your technical drawing skills in a supportive environment.
